Oven, fridge and window cleaning are included in every end of tenancy clean. On spring and deep cleans, add any of them for £15 each.
All starting prices include cleaning products and equipment. Communal, HMO and after builders cleans are quoted individually, because every building and every job is different.
Carpet and sofa (upholstery) cleaning are not included in any of our cleans.
For regular home cleaning you’re welcome to provide your own products, for example if anyone has allergies or you prefer particular brands.

Are you insured?
Yes. Chic Clean is fully insured with public liability cover, so you’re protected on every visit. Our cleaners are vetted, experienced professionals who treat your property like their own.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
For end of tenancy, deep, spring and after builders cleans we bring everything, and products and equipment are included in the price. For regular home cleaning we can use your own products if you prefer (handy if you like specific brands or have allergies). Just let us know.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Absolutely. For regular cleaning we’ll do our best to send you the same trusted cleaner every visit, so they get to know your home and exactly how you like things done. Just ask when you book.

How much does a clean cost?
Regular cleaning starts from £20/h, and jobs like end of tenancy have fixed prices from £185 depending on the property. Every quote is free and agreed up front, with no hidden fees.
How do I book and pay?
Book through the booking form, WhatsApp or a phone call, and we’ll confirm your slot and price. There’s no deposit: you pay when your cleaner finishes, by bank transfer, cash or card, whatever’s easiest for you.
Do you clean carpets and sofas?
No, carpet and sofa (upholstery) cleaning are not part of our service and aren’t included in any of our cleans, including end of tenancy. If your tenancy agreement asks for professional carpet cleaning, you’ll need to book a specialist for that part.
Is oven, fridge and window cleaning included?
Yes for end of tenancy cleans, where all three are included in the price. For spring and deep cleans they’re optional extras at £15 each, so just add them when you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily move your booking to a time that suits you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t get into the property on arrival, may be charged to cover the reserved slot.

Terms and privacy
The plain-English terms that apply to every Chic Clean booking.
1. Quotes and pricing
All prices are starting “from” prices and include cleaning products and equipment unless stated otherwise. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and is confirmed with you before the clean. Quotes are free. Oven, fridge and window cleaning are included in end of tenancy cleans and cost £15 per item as an extra on spring and deep cleans. Carpet and sofa (upholstery) cleaning are not included in any of our services.
2. Booking
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, date, time and price with you. We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm. Out-of-hours and Sunday slots are available for urgent jobs by prior arrangement.
3. Access
You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property at the agreed time, including keys, codes, parking, running water and electricity. If our cleaner cannot get into the property, a cancellation charge may apply.
4. Cancelling and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or lock-outs on arrival, may be charged to cover the reserved slot.
5. Payment
No deposit is needed. Payment is due when your cleaner finishes the job, by bank transfer, cash or card.
6. If something isn’t right
If you’re not happy with any area, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to re-clean that area free of charge. This doesn’t cover pre-existing damage or wear.
7. End of tenancy
End of tenancy cleans are carried out to a standard agency checklist. The re-clean promise applies only if you tell us within 48 hours and the property hasn’t been re-occupied or had work done since our visit.
8. Insurance and liability
Chic Clean holds public liability insurance. We take great care in your home, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, items that are already broken or badly fitted, or damage caused by defective appliances or surfaces. Please point out or put away fragile, valuable or sentimental items before we start.
9. Our team
Our cleaners are vetted and experienced. Please treat them with respect. We may withdraw service where conditions are unsafe or abusive.
10. Products and allergies
We use professional cleaning products. If anyone in the household has allergies or sensitivities, or you’d like us to use your own products, please tell us before the clean.
11. Privacy
We use the details you give us (name, contact details and address) only to arrange and carry out your clean and to contact you about your booking. We never sell or share your details with third parties.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one in place when you book.
